一、概況

江蘇江進泵業有限公司的前身為上世紀五十年代的國營農機修造廠，八十年代初與上海人民電機廠合作生產潛水電泵，是當時國內為數不多的潛水電泵專業生產廠家，并首批獲得由機械工業部頒發的潛水電泵生產許可證。全過程參與了由國家排灌中心組織的“完善潛水泵系列研究”科研項目，并獲國家機械電子部頒發的科技成果完成證書。隨著企業的不斷發展，產品的結構已由單一型向多元化發展，目前的產品已廣泛應用于農業灌排、工業給排水、市政建設、污水處理、環境景觀工程、石油化工等行業。

江蘇江進泵業有限公司座落在長江三角洲的歷史文化古城江蘇泰州市郊，境內有京滬、寧靖鹽高速公路及新長、寧啟鐵路通過，交通運輸十分便利。全廠占地面積42200m2，現有員工286人，其中專業技術人員48人，擁有固定資產7220萬元，各類金切設備200余臺套，計算機CAD輔助設計，擁有先進的檢測測量裝置，大型專用加工設備及大型吊裝設備等。企業具備從設計、鑄造、機加工、裝配、檢測出廠全過程生產條件。并與江蘇大學、蘭州理工大學流體動力與控制學院保持長期緊密的科研合作關系。

二、產品介紹
主要產品有QY、QS、QX、QJ、ISW（G）、IH、QW、WQ、QZ（H）、ZW、ZLB、WFB、ZFB型“江進”牌水泵、控制柜及其派生的潛水電泵、噴泉專用潛水泵、不銹鋼噴泉專用潛水泵等，同時生產各種潛水電機、噴泉專用水下動力機及各種造型搖擺，年產銷量20萬多臺套。產品取得了國家質量監督檢驗檢疫總局頒發的全國工業產品生產許可證。

三、生產技術
我公司在研制潛水泵之初，就與江蘇大學流體機械研究中心聯營，聘請江蘇大學水泵設計專家為我公司技術顧問，近幾年來，又招聘、送培專業人才20多名，專業涉及機械、機電、水力、電子及自動化、計算機等。

我公司還與有關科研院所、大專院校建立了全面的合作關系，通過他們了解科技信息，轉化科技成果，培養科技人才，快速地提高了企業的科技實力。

近幾年來，我公司投入2000多萬元，建立現代化的水泵測試中心，實現了水泵微機測控。組建泵業研究所，實現設計的自動化。同時購買部分精密儀表、機床，完善了加工手段，從而為提高產品質量打下了堅實基礎。

四、質量管理與控制
江蘇江進泵業有限公司下設質量部，現有專（兼）職質檢人員26人，各種檢測設備80余臺，具備了從原材料進廠到產品出廠的全過程質量控制能力。編制了質量手冊及各種程序控制文件，對關鍵、特殊工序嚴格按作業指導書進行生產，按檢驗規范檢驗，并有可追溯的檢驗記錄。已通過了GB/T19001-2000-ISO9001：2000質量管理體系認證。

委托江蘇大學排灌機械檢測中心設計的水泵性能測試臺，從測試數據的采集、處理，到檢測結果出具報告全過程計算機控制，從而確保產品質量的穩定和提高。

I. Overview

The predecessor of Jiangsu Jiangjin Pump Industry Co., Ltd. is a state-operated agricultural machine repair and manufacturing works in the 1950s. The Company produced the submersible electric pump by cooperating with Shanghai Renmin Motor Factory in the early 1980s, was one of few professional manufacturers of submersible electric pump in domestic at that time, and firstly got the production license of submersible electric pump issued by the Ministry of Machine Building. In the whole process, the Company participated in the scientific research project "Study on Perfecting Submersible Pump Series" organized by National Irrigation and Drainage Center, and got the completion certificate of scientific and technological achievement issued by the Mechanical & Electrical Ministry. With the continuous development of the enterprise, the product structure has been developed from the single type to the diversified type. The current product has been widely used in such industry as agricultural irrigation and drainage, industrial water supply and drainage, municipal construction, sewage treatment, environmental landscape engineering, and petrochemical industry.

Jiangsu Jiangjin Pump Industry Co., Ltd. is located in the suburb of Taizhou, Jiangsu-historical cultural ancient city of Yangtze River delta, and has Beijing–Shanghai Expressway, Nanjing-Yancheng Expressway, Xinyi–Changxing Railway and Nanjing–Qidong Railway, therefore, the traffic and transportation are very convenient. The whole factory covers an area of 42,200m2, and now, has 286 employees, including 48 professional technicians; and moreover, it has RMB 72,200,000 fixed assets, more than 200 various metal cutting equipment and CAD (computer aided design), and has advanced detection and measuring equipment, large special processing equipment, large lifting equipment and others. The enterprise has the production condition in the whole process concerning the design, casting, machining, assembling, detection and delivery. And it has long-term and close scientific research cooperation relationship with Jiangsu University and Lanzhou University of Technology-School of Fluid Dynamics and Control.

II. Product introduction

The main product includes QY, QS, QX, QJ, ISW (G), IH, QW, WQ, QZ (H), ZW, ZLB,WFB and ZFB "Jiangjin" water pumps, control cabinet and its derived submersible electric pump, special submersible pump for fountain, special stainless steel submersible pump for fountain, etc. Meanwhile, we produce various submersible motors, special underwater power machine for fountain and swing with various models. We have annual sales volume of more than 200,000 units. Our products have gotten the production license of natural industrial products issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China.

III. Production technology

At the beginning of developing the submersible pump, we have employed the water pump design expert of Jiangsu University as our technical consultant together with Fluid Machinery Research Center of Jiangsu University. In recent years, we also have recruited and trained more than 20 professional talents, with the major involving the machinery, mechanics and electronics, hydraulics, electronics and automation, computer, etc.

We also build the comprehensive cooperative relationship with the relevant scientific research institutions and universities and colleges. We know the scientific and technological information, transform the scientific and technological achievements, cultivate the scientific and technological talents, and rapidly improve the scientific and technological strength of the enterprise from them.

In recent years, we have invested more than RMB 20,000,000 to build the modern water pump test center, thereby realizing the microcomputer measuring and control. We build the pump industry institute, and realize the design automation. Meanwhile, we purchase part of precision instruments and machine tools, and perfect the processing means, thereby playing a solid foundation for improving the product quality.

IV. Quality management and control

Jiangsu Jiangjin Pump Industry Co., Ltd. has Quality Department, now has 26 full-time (part-time) quality inspectors and more than 20 various detection equipment, and has whole process quality control ability from the entering of raw material to delivery of the product. We prepare the quality manual and various procedure control documents, produce the critical and special process in strict accordance with the operation instruction, inspect according to the operation instruction, and have the traceable inspection record. The Company has passed GB/T19001-2000-ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification.

With the water pump performance testboard designed by Drainage and Irrigation Machinery Testing Center of Jiangsu University, the computer control shall be carried out in the whole process from the acquisition and processing of test data to the issuing report of test result, thereby ensuring the stability and improvement of product quality.
